Strategy, People & Leadership

GoodwinHannah was established in 2006 by Neil Goodwin and Christine Hannah.

We work with chief executives, their boards and executive teams to help them identify the strategic, leadership and people challenges they are facing, and to translate them into meaningful, practical action plans for personal, team and organisational development.

Our approach is driven by extensive personal senior managerial experience in a range of large and complex organisations and inter-organisational systems, underpinned by the use of relevant academic research from the management and related sciences including our own primary leadership research.

GoodwinHannah has been accredited for delivering two national contracts: the development of boards of NHS Primary Care Trusts for the Department of Health; and the development of non-executive directors of NHS Foundation Trusts on behalf of Monitor, the foundation trust independent regulator.

GoodwinHannah is also a member of the Welsh NHS framework for the chief executive strategic planning and improvement work programme.
