GoodwinHannah has developed considerable experience of undertaking confidential and sensitive inquiries and investigations. These cover governance, relationships and clinical service issues both within organisations and between organisations across health systems.
Where appropriate we use the relevant literature to underpin our diagnosis and recommendations. This includes literature on board effectiveness, team working, the symptoms of failing healthcare organisations and the leadership approaches that lead to organisational success.
Our work has included assignments for national, regional and local NHS organisations across the UK and Channel Islands. We can supply further information about our experience and approach in this area of work.
